Best selling Heena (for hair coloring) in NJ or Bombay

Hey everyone,
I have been using heena to condition my hair since almost 8 years.I had a beautician take care of that in Bombay but I want to know if there is a good heena powder available in NJ which does not overdry your hair soon after application.Also is there any website that has good info and tips on heena appplication.

What is a good frequency of applying heena to hair?

Is it true that one cannot switch from applying heena to hair coloring???
