I like the un-identified celeb’s look better. In my opinion, heels go really well with capris, if done right. But because the capris already have a string tie at the bottom, I think she should have opted for stilettos instead of strappy heels. Plus I like how both the celebs opted for a fitted tank top instead of a buttoned down shirt like we’ve seen Vidya wearing with capris. Now that doesn’t work.
