Assume a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Imagine a fiery sunset and a bright beam of white light shining towards you.
Imagine the light beaming into a third eye on your forehead. Let its power pour into your mind, giving you strength, determination, and energy.
Now visualize for at least five minutes a scenario starring you that expresses your dream.
The Out-of-Body Floating

Again, get comfortable and close your eyes.
See yourself lying in a grassy field and imagine your inner being is floating out of your body.
