talk to your dermatologist.. they can give you a reginmn .. sign of acne.
otherwise, don't fret it. most ppl don't notice these things-- they look at your eyes and smile.. and your energy. if you have that, small stuff does not count. Look at the stars.. Aish, Freida et all have pimples.. so what!!
use a good scrub such as st.ives or sm...
take shower with hot water, this will open ur pores or just steam ur face with wet hot towel.Then mix some fine grained sugar, mix it either with coconut or olive oil (can be mixed with water too but tht will make the sugar disolve faster). sub on the wet skin in upward circular motion slowely. Do this twice a week. Wash your face with cold water after tht to close the pores. You can apply a face pack or just moisturizer.I have tried so many types of scrubs but this gives me amazing reuslt and smooth skin.And yes don't forget to clean your face with soap(I use dove for senitive skin which doesn have any scent to it n it cleans all the makeup) or with face wash :)
u can apply aloe gel n leave it for 15 mins n then wash with warm water n another one is apply lemon....dis both u can do alternate day

I suggest going to a well known beauty salon and doing a facial - it seems like you need a good steam on your face.
Make sure the beauty therapist is a professional and let her know if your allergic to anything.
