definitely Aishwarya Rai and Shilpa Shetty. Both have an awful sense of dressing. i dont usually use this word..but they're behenji's and their dress sense reflects that. But these two women are not the only offenders..the list goes on n on

vidya balan...dont get me wrong she is one of my favourite actresses today..however her dressing sense is just not that great...she will look very pretty if she starts dressing carefully!
