I do yoga and i must say its very relaxing. In terms of weight reduction i felt kick boxing was really good. |

-cardio (I run 3-4 miles a few times a week), beach body insanity (video available online-it's a month long regiment) very intense but amazing
-power yoga and hot yoga (helps you lose water weight of body). Other yoga positions to keep belly flat
-crunches and sit ups
-light weight training to tone up my arms, legs (since I'm a girl, I wouldn' suggest going above 5lbs).

i do brisk walking and it really helps me. i do this in the park, so i get to enjoy nature and exercise at the same time. save money on gym membership too.
I run 4-5kms 3-4 times a week. Its the best exercise and no equipment necessary (save for a shuffle)
