I use Fructis hair styling products sometimes and herbal essence shampoo.What are your favs?Do you think these hair styling products damage the hair a lot?Do they damage hair more than using hair straightener or curling iron?

I use shampoo & conditioner from Thermafuse and Jaico..And I use Chi flat iron.. Semi de lino serum and chi shine infuser for styling..The quality of my hair is very good..touchwood..

I use Nexus shampoo n john Freda frizz eaze conditioner and they suit me really well.

i use nexus shampoo and conditioner and i must say its really good. i would 100% suggest NEXUS and i hope it works out for u as well. it gives the hair shine, volume and u don't lose hair.i have used fructis,sunsilk,tresseme(not sure about the spelling,lol) and also heald n shoulders. i would loose alot of hair and my hair would get really firzzy and damaged with these shampoos. fructis made it damaged. the rest made me loose hair.

i actually use fructis styling products...now it depends on ur hair how delicate n sensetive it is, mayb ur hair will damage mayb it won't...now my hair doesn't damage by using dese products...so it depends:>
