Ok let me help U..

First of all u need a brownish eyeshadow, apply it on the moving lid only and use a kajal pencial and draw a neat line above it.. jus crease it a bit with a slim brush..
Also use the kajal pencil under the eyelashes.. Use a bronzing powder for ur cheekes and use a pinkish lipgloss called N.A.R.S - Bella De Jour and finished...

And yes u have to change hair colour + eyebrow-colour, unless it wouldnt look SAME. And yes get urself greeny lenses.
