HONEY AND VITAMIN A/E :
This is a very good and effective cleanser, especially for people with blemishes. Take half cup warm water. Add one-tablespoon honey. Snip open one capsule of vitamin A and one capsule of vitamin E. Mix well. Apply quickly all over the face. Leave it on for 2 minutes and wash with cold water.
These cleansers can be used in the mornings before a bath, however, it is imperative to use them at bedtime. Remove all traces of make-up with milk, or rosewater and glycerine cleansers everyday, and use any of the others occasionally to treat your skin to a special cleansing routine.
