Koena looked quite nice before her plastic surgery . Check out her nose, eyebrows and lips. These for sure have gone under the knife. Plus for people who didn't know Koena has had breast implant done twice. Talk about an insecure star!. she must be the height of low self esteem.

She looks like Deepika in the first picture.
I remember watching an interview of hers back in 2003, where she looked considerably darker, and she was basically talking about people's obsession with lighter skin and how she'd starred in fairness cream commercials despite of her color.
She seemed so confident that time!
