@Wed, 2009-04-15 07:16 "i will certainly not be buying any l'oreal products - their face lacks credibility!!" Cheaper it may be, Loreal still is the largest cosmetic and skincare house. What makes it largest is the fact that people use it. Otherwise it will sink into an abyss. Point is if one person stops using their products, it will not prevent the mass from carrying on. And Loreal will suffer no loss either. And for brand ambassadors-they will get their fat cheque and popularity like always...life goes on

funny.. the same ppl who said shame shame to Asin's fairness ad are silently quiet when it comes to their apni Aish.

bottom line: principles are only followed when it doesn't hurt u or your celeb.

yes i have seen it before but tfs. i was so flabberghasted when i heard she shut down l'oreal for a fairness ad and it was passed on to sonam. something smelt fishy and i shouldve known. l'oreal probably got sonam on board for a new fresh look as ash is getting old and fat.
surprise surprise, ash is quite the liar and obviously does not practice what she preaches. i wonder when l'oreal will wake up and realise their brand ambassador is a hypocrite.
i will certainly not be buying any l'oreal products - their face lacks credibility!!

what sells sells.

the consumers are to be blamed-- in fact, society's 'disgust' over darkness... on the surface, ppl say shame-shame to these ads like they did with Asin, but in reality, they prefer fairness and support these things. look at the bulk of desi dudes who look 'down' on dusky women and worship farier women-- how about addressing the root cause? glory & shame?

so what?, Aish had done a fairness ad with Mahima in her pre-Miss-World modeling days, where Mahima played the darker unfavored sis needing the cream. but ppl forgot that. in this case, Loreal may have taken her photos without her knowledge.... so she may not have known...

lol if its true then SHES A LIAR!! (not surprised though)

wheres aish's woshippers......cmon rescue her!!
