Im so curious, what do all the points mean? Ive wanted to know from the day I joined this site. I like frequent flyer miles and shopper's points (flybuys/myerone etc). . . . . Does anyone know what my 77 points will do? Btw D, Im on to you chica! How do you have so many points???? :P

Agree with sohini below. but harini gets only the photos from other sites, look at her views sohini. that is what one calls a nice post. she writes her own views. look at deleena as well. she puts in her own views. those posts are enjoyable and loved by everyone.

This can bring PV down for all of us. do u think of that anytime?. Please write posts in your own words. once you know thew subject, spend some time to write it in ur own words like anon below said.

Wow! DJ I can understand how you feel, when I first came on this site a certain person's copy pasting habits got on my nerves really bad cause she really didn't even READ the material herself before posting it. Rubi I'm all for saying where you got the material from, you don't need to apologize for anything. Not everyone who comes to this site has the time to visit multiple web sources for their daily/weekly on in some cases like myself hourly Bollywood fix. And you're a great help to them by compiling all this news for them.
Every poster on this site has a different style...Harini and Minol cover Bollywood parties and events, Tania and Rubi bring Bollywood news, Aouda gets your brain cells jogging and often brings new perspective to this website and Ilovemac brings you makeup tips that'll help you look and feel better. But whats comman between all these posters is the effort they put into their work. Copy pasting is easy...but it still takes some time to sift through stuff and decide what you want to post. I know I read a LARGE number of different websites a day and if I stumble across something that I feel the members and guests on PV will enjoy I go ahead and post it!

Rubi, whay are you getting so defensive. let me give you an example on how to create your own posts. I can see you have great bollywood knowlwdge from your comments on posts. Why dont u share that with girls. Forx ex if you have a post on Rakhi that you see elsewhere on her saying all men ogled at my breasts. You get the story from the other site, but write it in your own words and also put forward your own views. Well , the PV admin will get all content that ic copy pasted down if someone reports it, you take that from me. Do you want that to heppen?
Ppl r poitnign out yiou because u have the max points and sometimes it looks like u post to get points , but i am wrong i know that. Try to add personal tpouch to eash posts and take some time while posting. you just dont want to be #1 on the leadboard by copy pasting am i right?

not all sites approve of the transferring of their material to other destinations
u wont face a problem for sure..but pinkvilla as the moderator could b in deep shit n it might even be forced to close down

Getting photos from other sites is fine. as you cant create it. But write your own words atleast. You copy and paste every word to word and its definetely not enjoyable. Check out what Harini, Minol , Deleena etc post. They write their own views but photos from other sites.

Did you know PV admins get down the content if we report that it is copied from other site. Its just that no one has reported it so far.
