hi..yes there r many places in hyderabad where u can buy good cotton kurtis nd salwar kameez...try kalanikaten, neerus have good collection of kurtis. there is a place called sultan bazar over there....there r many shops with all kinds of suits with different prices..so u can explore that place too.i hope this is helpful to u.

i think u ll be better off if u go to Hyderabad Central or Lifestyle. coz these malls store a vide range of clothes from many brands under a single roof. also the collection is quite upmart unlike the othere places where u ll ve to waste a lot of time in digging out ur kinda stuff.

koti near post office has cheap and good clothes. Also places like KALANIKETAN,CHANDANA BROTHERS,BOMMANA are really good.
