The question is who is the most photogenic. Sonam Kapoor photographs better than Aishwarya Rai. Her shoot covers are all stunning, her photos with fans flatter her and she is able to transform and invent herself. You cannot say the same about Aishwarya, who looks the same in every photograph with the same makeup, same hair, same expressions. She photographs the way she looks in real life, so she is not necessarily photogenic.

Of course Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is the most photogenic heroine. She is the most beautiful, the most graceful, she can strike a pose as well as any professional model (see the video for Daboo Ratnani calendar 2011) and she has amazing screen presence.
Next I would say is Sonam, she absolutely rocked in the Filmfare Collector's Issue (where she was dressed as the yesteryears heroines) She takes chances for her photoshoots, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't (like in this month's Filmfare, those pics are just awful IMO). But at least she experiments, and likes to keep it interesting.
Katrina, I really liked her in the Nakshatra diamond ads, and she looked stunning in her recent GQ spread. Also she looked stunning in SKJ.
Kareena... sorry... no. Not even close to photogenic. Should have been Priyanka in the poll rather than Kareena IMO.
Aishwarya is a goddess none of the other actresses even come close.

Aishwarya doesn't need photos to look good. I couldn't stop but gape when I saw her. She is more beautiful in real life. Pictures cannot do full justice to her beauty. They just cannot capture it all.
