Speculation about Happy New Year's cast continues. Earlier Farah Khan had confirmed that Boman Irani and Jackie Shroff are to star alongside Shah Rukh Khan in Happy New Year. Some reports also suggested that Abhishek Bachchan has been confirmed as one of the male leads. According to recent reports, Prithviraj Sukumaran (of Aiyyaa fame) and Sidharth Malhotra (of Student Of The Year fame) have also been confirmed to star alongside SRK in the movie.

Even his biggest fans will have to agree that Sanjay Dutt is no longer looking fit and trim anymore. Of course, Sanju baba has been working on his fitness and is looking good after his return from London. However, his efforts came too late to prevent the use of special FX to hide is potbelly in his latest film 'Zilla Ghaziabad'.

A tribute was held for late cinematographer-director Ashok Mehta at the film school, Whistling Woods. He had recently been honored with the Award for lifetime achievement.
Subash Ghai recollected the event and said, “When he was leaving, I told him to get well soon. I wanted him behind the camera for my new film,” says Ghai, who worked with Mehta on Ram Lakhan (1989), Saudagar (1991) and Kisna (2005). Mehta, who was in a wheelchair, responded with a smile, “Jai ho, I’ll be back soon!”
