Zoya Akhtar's next has been in the news for many reasons, firstly as it is inspired from her relationship with brother, Farhan Akhar, and secondly, because the movie was meant to unite superstar cousins, Kareena Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor, for the first time onscreen. The supporting cast, allegedly Katrina Kaif and Hrithik Roshan, was also reason for news due to the rumoured affair between Ranbir & Katrina, while ex-flames Kareena and Hrithik, were uniting onscreen after a 10 year break.

Seen here are Karan Johar and Zoya Akhtar - two of the four directors of the Indian anthology film Bombay Talkies. The movie marks the centenary year of Indian cinema and is also selected for the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.

For a long time, speculations have been that Zoya will bring the cousins together in her next film in which, they will play the role of siblings. Zoya never seemed to refute the story either. However, she's confirmed now that her next script is not the one to bring the cousins together on screen.
BUT not to be disheartened. She also confirms that she's working on the script meant for Kareena and Ranbir, and will announce as soon as it is ready.

Rumours are currently rife that Karan Johar is currently planning Koffee With Karan Season 4, which will kick off before his next directorial venture. The ace directors talk show’s previous seasons caused quite a sensation in B-Town, with the scandalous comments made by the celebrities appearing on the show. The extremely popular “rapid fire round” brings out the funny (and bitchy) bone in everyone on the show, and the aftermath of each episode lasts for years..
