The lyrics of the song 'Naina Re' from 'Dangerous Ishhq' starring Karishma Kapoor and Rajneesh Duggal has been borrowed from Mehdi Hasan's 1977 hit by the same name. I have added both the songs here for your reference. Which of the renditions do you prefer?
