My tagline
Sexy, chic, wise, opiniated diva & a fair critic I stay at
NYC, New York, USA My interests
Cinema, music, dance(I work as a part time model & training to be a ballerina- so dance is a passion), books, internet, work-outs, fashion, standing up for just social causes- animal welfare, child care, woman's rights, education, environment et al and all things productive... My beauty ritual
Cleaning, toning, moisturizing, herbal face packs, sunscreen, lots of juices, water, fruits & nuts, healthy -less spicy and oily food. My fashion mantra
Casual, cool, chic & up to date with my personal touch. Varies from place to place. Chic in NYC and casuals in LA and beach wear in Miami/ Hawaii. My favorite celebs
Salma Hayek, Halle Berry, Monica Belluci, Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman, Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, Anna Paquin, Dakota Fanning, Brad Pitt, Leo Di Caprio, Haley Joel Osment and all other great actors from yesteryear's classic movies as well! Supermodels-Gisele Bunchen, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambriaso and the wonderful dames who make Victoria's Secret look so classy. Well, I'm of mixed heritage- Indian, Mexican & Polynesian descent and live in USA. I know quite a bit about B-Town thanks to my extended family especially my media person cousin from India. I speak some Hindi along with American English, Latin American Spanish... So understand the Hindi movies and enjoy a few chosen ones.I appreciate different kind of beauties from around the globe. The cool Indian ladies for me are Aishwarya Rai Bachchan( I have observed that she's the only one with the exotic look which has been appreciated internationally & a little international name that has lasted for a couple of years), Sonam, Deepika, Sonakshi, Asin, Genelia, and small timers Soha, Anjana Sukhani, Amrita Rao, Yuvika, Sneha Ullal, Shruti Hassan, the new girl Shraddha Kapoor. Kareena is cool too. It was good to see Freida make some name internationally but she's yet to make a big mark in Hollywood and the international arena. I, my folks, my type of friends don't run after so called stars either from India or Hollywood. |
