Born on 2 April 1969, Ajay Devgn is an Indian film actor, director, and producer. Ajay Devgn is the son of stunt choreographer and action film director, Veeru Devgn and Veena, film producer. Ajay Devgn made his debut as an actor with Phool Aur Kaante and thereafter, starred in a series of successful movies like Jigar, Dil Hai Betaab, Bedardi, Ek Hi Raasta, Bol Bachchan, Dilwale, Vijaypath, Jaan, Diljale, Golmal, Omkara, Hogi Pyaar Ki Jeet and many more. In 2008, Ajay made his directorial debut with U Me Aur Hum and later, directed, Shivay. Ajay Devgn’s production company has produced movies such as Raju Chacha, All the Best: Fun Begins, Bol Bachchan, and many more. In 1995, Ajay Devgn started dating Kajol, while shooting Gundaraj and later, in 1999, the couple married in a traditional Maharashtrian ceremony. The couple has two children, Nysa and Yug. In 2016, he was honored with the Padma Shri by the Government of India.
