Ahaan Panday reveals Aryan Khan would visit him before going home

Shah Rukh Khan’s elder son, Aryan Khan, and Ahaan Panday share a strong and real bond. They have been friends since their teenage years. Hence, when Khan’s directorial debut project, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, became a success, the Saiyaara debutant was the happiest.

Sharing a personal anecdote, Ahaan revealed that they’re so fond of each other that when Aryan would return to India from Sevenoaks School, he would drive straight to his house instead of meeting his parents, SRK, and Gauri Khan. “When you share that kind of history, there’s so much you understand about each other, so much to explore as performers.”

Ahaan also expressed his desire to join hands with Aryan for a project, as “working together wouldn’t feel like work. It’s something I’d genuinely look forward to,” he expressed, adding that Khan is incredibly creative and the world deserves to see that.

In the same interview, Ahaan also spoke about the Bollywood actors he admires. While SRK, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui make it to the list, it was Vicky Kaushal’s performance in Masaan that became a turning point for him.

“I was left speechless. I didn’t know a performance like that could exist; it completely changed how I saw acting and cinema. It stayed with me,” the 28-year-old actor divulged. Having said that, he added that all of these actors have their own way of shaping the way he sees his performance. On the work front, Ahaan and Aneet will reportedly reunite with director Mohit Suri for yet another romantic drama, backed by Yash Raj Films.
