Guilty actress Akansha Ranjan Kapoor entered wedlock with filmmaker Sharan Sharma, confirming their marriage with wedding pictures.
Akansha Ranjan Kapoor and filmmaker Sharan Sharma officially tied the knot on July 11, 2026. The actress confirmed the news by sharing wedding pictures with her husband on social media.

Taking to social media, Akansha Ranjan Kapoor shared glimpses from her intimate wedding ceremony, attended by close friends and family. Making the announcement official, she captioned the post, "Tu na toh ghar ghar nahi lagta, tu hai toh darr nahi lagta" ("Without you, a house doesn't feel like home. When you're with me, I'm not afraid.")
In the pictures, Akansha is seen wearing a striking red saree with intricate gold detailing, paired with traditional bridal jewellery and mehendi. Sharan, meanwhile, opted for a classic white kurta-pyjama with an embroidered jacket. The couple is seen sharing candid moments, holding hands, and signing the marriage documents.

According to a report, Akansha and Sharan wanted to keep their wedding ceremony private and intimate. They reportedly opted for a simple ceremony attended by their loved ones at Akansha's Mumbai residence.
Following the wedding, the couple is expected to host a grand reception in Mumbai on July 12. However, further details about the event have not been revealed.
Earlier, a sangeet ceremony was held for the couple, with celebrities including Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Karan Johar, and others in attendance.

Akansha Ranjan Kapoor was recently seen in the Sunny Deol and Akshaye Khanna-starrer thriller Ikka. Directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra, the film follows a celebrated and incorruptible lawyer who faces a moral dilemma when he is forced to defend a man who wants to save his daughter.
Alongside Akansha, the film also stars Dia Mirza, Tillotama Shome, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Daria Bedi, Shishir Sharma, Vijay Vikram Singh, and others in key roles. It is currently streaming on Netflix and received mixed-to-positive reviews.
Meanwhile, Sharan Sharma last directed the romantic sports drama Mr. & Mrs. Mahi, starring Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor.
