Joined by Akansha Ranjan’s sister, Anushka Ranjan, and her brother-in-law, actor Aditya Seal, Alia was seen grooving to the music, bringing an infectious energy to the pre-wedding festivities. For the occasion, Alia opted for a stunning purple brocade ensemble.

Rather than opting for a conventional, grand wedding with traditional pheras, the couple decided on a simple registered marriage at the Ranjan residence on July 11, 2026, surrounded only by their closest family and friends.
While the legal ceremony was kept intimate, the couple is set to follow up the nuptials with a grand reception on July 12, 2026, at the JW Marriott in Juhu, Mumbai.
The upcoming event is expected to be a star-studded affair, with various prominent figures from the film industry, including Alia Bhatt, Sonam Kapoor, Athiya Shetty, Kiara Advani, and Karan Johar, likely in attendance.
