Based on an original story by Uday Chopra and scripted by Soumil Shukla, Shridhar Raghavan, and Ishita Moitra, the thriller explores a raw and fiercely emotional story.

The film centers on Sita (played by Alia Bhatt), a secret agent known in the underworld as the Alpha killer. Raised and meticulously trained to be an elite assassin, her life takes a personal turn when she sets out to dismantle a lethal program led by her own stepfather. Along her high-stakes mission, she crosses paths with another assassin (played by Sharvari).

While Alia is seen in her first-ever pure action role within a major franchise, she is joined by the Munjya actress, matching her energy. Apart from them, the movie stars Bobby Deol as Fateh Singh Lakhawat, Sita’s adoptive father, Anil Kapoor as Colonel Vikrant Kaul, Chief of R&AW, along with Dibyendu Bhattacharya and Sangay Tsheltrim. The showstopper is the cameo appearance of Hrithik Roshan, who arrives as Agent Kabir.
