For those wondering what the title of the film indicates, Baby Do Die Do is a dark play on the protagonist’s name, Baby Kar-Mar-Kar (literally translated in rhythm to Do-Die-Do).

The story follows Baby (Huma Qureshi), a deaf-and-mute contract assassin hiding out in a Mumbai chawl. Moved by a traumatic childhood incident involving her twin sister, Baby has grown up to become lethal. Her weapon of choice? A custom-built sharp-shooting red umbrella.

Baby works for her handler, whom she calls Papa (Chunky Panday). Her life turns upside down when she falls in love with Siddhu (Rachit Singh), a sweet musician who teaches the chawl kids. Huma, Chunky and Rachit are joined by an impressive cast including Sikandar Kher, Seema Pahwa and Saqib Saleem.
