Cocktail 2 Trailer Twitter Review: Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Rashmika Mandanna impress fans with their fiery chemistry
After the trailer of Cocktail 2 dropped, fans took to social media to share their two cents about it. The film is set to release on June 19, 2026.
Cocktail 2 trailer just dropped, and it has taken the audience deep into the chaotic world of Kunal, Diya, and Ally. Directed by Homi Adajania, the sequel to the 2012 hit film of the same name features Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna in key roles. Soon after the clip went live, excited cinephiles took to Twitter (now X) to share their review of it.

The makers of Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna’s Cocktail 2 succeeded in creating a huge hype around the film. Hence, avid cinema lovers had high hopes for the upcoming movie. While some were convinced that no one can replace the drama served by Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Diana Penty in the original film, others were looking forward to what director Homi Adajania serves in the sequel.
Taking to X, a user expressed in their review of the Cocktail 2 trailer, “Cocktail 2 is going to be my silly little comfort watch film,” while another wrote, “Cocktail 2 looks like a fresh Room Com, most beautiful faces from bollywood shahid kapoor,kriti Senon and rashmika mandhana are having nice chemistry.”
A third was quick to state, “The trailer of Cocktail 2 is OUTTT and damn, it looks absolutely amazing! From the chemistry to the drama and the stunning visuals, this one already has us hooked. Can’t wait to watch the madness unfold on the big screen.”
A user lauded Kriti and Rashmika’s chemistry in the trailer. “Looks like the theory I read about the movie is kinda true, and it's gonna be a mad last act if it is true. Btw, looks like #KritiSanon overshadowed both Shahid and Rashmika like the way Deepika did in the first part,” the cinema lover wrote.
Many were impressed by the way the makers of Part 2 used the OG track Tumhi Ho Bandhu to kick in nostalgia. A cinema buff wrote, “Tum hi ho badhuuu! Goosebumps! Brought so many memories back. This is how you play with nostalgia but still give a new experience! Absolutely loved #Cocktail2 trailer! Looks like a summer banger!!! The cast is (fire) fun fun!! Deffo watching this!!”
