With just three months remaining until release, the makers have officially begun the countdown by unveiling an intriguing look into the film’s world. Written by Yash Keswani, Sima Agarwal, and Meghna Gulzar, Daayra delves into themes of crime, justice, and punishment. Known for crafting emotionally layered stories rooted in real-world complexities, Meghna once again explores difficult questions through a compelling cinematic lens.
Anchored by powerful performances and a strong ensemble cast, Daayra promises to challenge perceptions as the boundaries between law and justice begin to blur. The film is co-produced by Junglee Pictures and Pen Studios, bringing them together for a story inspired by true events. The project marks Meghna Gulzar’s third collaboration with Junglee Pictures following the critically acclaimed Talvar and Raazi.
