Dhamaal 4 revolves around a chaotic, high-stakes treasure hunt for Shaitaan Singh's century-old, Treasure of Life. The adventure begins when a dying man named Prithvi Deshpande reveals the secret location of a hidden fortune. Several groups then come across a mysterious map marked with the letter W. However, after repeatedly turning the map upside down, they mistake the symbol for an M, sending them on a wild search for a cluster of M-shaped mountains on a secluded island.
As they race to claim the treasure, the characters split into hilariously mismatched pairs. Their journey takes them through booby-trapped caves, jungle mishaps, and comical encounters with wild animals, including tigers and crocodiles. Whether any of the teams ultimately succeeds in finding the treasure forms the rest of the story.
