Veteran actor Dharmendra, fondly known as the He-Man of Bollywood, passed away today, November 24, at the age of 89. However, an official statement from the family is awaited. The legendary star had passed away at his residence due to several age-related health complications. Earlier, the actor was admitted to the hospital, leaving fans and well-wishers quite concerned. Fans and celebs from the industry have reached to pay their final respects to the legendary star. 

Born in Punjab, Dharmendra’s journey from a small-town boy to one of Indian cinema’s most beloved stars is nothing short of inspiring. He made his debut in the early 1960s and went on to deliver countless memorable performances in films like Phool Aur Patthar, Sholay, Chupke Chupke, Satyakam, and Yaadon Ki Baaraat. With his striking personality, Dharmendra became the face of both romance and heroism on screen.

Off-screen, he was admired for his humility, wit, and deep love for his fans. Today, as Bollywood bids farewell to its iconic star, Dharmendra leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and timeless cinema that will live forever.

As his demise leaves a shock amongst family members, his wife Hema Malini and daughter Esha Deol were spotted arriving at his home. Moreover, his son Sunny Deol was earlier spotted making his way.
