Get ready to hit the dance floor because the ultimate party anthem of the season has officially dropped. Varun Dhawan-led Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai features the song Chunnari Chunnari - Let's Go.
Recreating the magic of the iconic 1999 track from the film Biwi No. 1, this high-octane version brings back the golden 90s era with a massive modern twist. Featuring the film's sizzling lead trio, Varun, Mrunal Thakur, and Pooja Hegde, the song is a vibrant explosion of color, unmatched energy, and dance-worthy beats.
The newly released track is a reimagined spin on the legendary Anu Malik composition, originally picturised on Salman Khan and Sushmita Sen. Keeping the soul of the original intact, the fresh version has been composed by the talented duo, Akshay and IP, with additional lyrics penned by IP Singh.
Bringing the vocals to life are singers Jonita Gandhi, Asees Kaur, Sudhir Yaduvanshi, and IP Singh, alongside the iconic vocals of the original singer, Anuradha Sriram. Remo D'souza’s choreography makes the song an absolute visual spectacle.

For those unversed, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai marks the grand return of Varun Dhawan to the light-hearted romantic comedy space. The film marks the fourth collaboration between Varun and his master-filmmaker father, David Dhawan. They last collaborated in films like Main Tera Hero, Judwaa 2, and Coolie No. 1.
The film's trailer recently revealed the story of Jass (Varun Dhawan) and his wife Baani (Mrunal Thakur) heading for a divorce because Jass is a little too romantic and desperately wants to be a father. Amidst the separation, Jass meets the stunning Preet (Pooja Hegde) at a club and claims he is single.
Both women end up pregnant with Jass’s children at the same time. What follows is a wild double life that Varun’s character navigates. Produced by Ramesh Taurani, the movie also features Maniesh Paul, Jimmy Shergill, Mouni Roy, Chunky Panday, Rakesh Bedi, and Ali Asgar in supporting roles.
Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai is all set to hit cinemas on June 5, 2026.
