Pati Patni Aur Woh Do follows Prajapati (played by Ayushmann Khurrana), a forest department official whose life is turned upside down after his wife, Aparna, publishes a report that unintentionally complicates the life of Sunny and his secret relationship. Hoping to help the young couple, Praja pretends to be Chanchal's partner, but his plan leads to a series of misunderstandings that leave Aparna suspecting him of infidelity.
As Praja juggles his assignment to capture a rogue wolf near Benaras, he finds himself caught in an increasingly chaotic web of mistaken identities and comedic situations. With relationships and reputations at stake, he must find a way to set things right before the confusion spirals further out of control.
