Serving as the third installment in the beloved Welcome franchise, Welcome To The Jungle follows the franchise's signature brand of chaotic, situational comedy, produced by Firoz Nadiadwala
The story builds on a hilarious premise rooted in the old Bollywood industry, where rumors of black money were at an all-time high. Among them is Sinha, a highly corrupt politician who is desperate to clear out a massive sum of his illegal wealth. To save on taxes, he decides to produce a Rs 2,000-crore movie with the intention of making it a guaranteed, massive flop.
To execute this, he ropes in two clueless directors. The duo assembles a group of completely inexperienced crew members, who are only there for quick money. A struggling actor is also hired, searching for a comeback after a string of box-office disasters. But a hilarious twist during the fake film shoot guarantees unlimited entertainment for cinema goers.
Upon watching the drama unfold on the big screen, the audience quickly went to X (formerly Twitter) to share their two cents on the matter.
