The makers of Welcome To The Jungle have finally dropped the film’s first teaser, promising a chaotic blend of comedy, action and madness after months of speculation and delays. Headlined by Akshay Kumar and directed by Ahmed Khan, the much-awaited entertainer is now slated to release in theatres on June 26, 2026.

The teaser opens with civilians crossing amid heavy military security before shifting to a bizarre jungle shoot gone horribly wrong. Things spiral into madness as Paresh Rawal calls for action and Suniel Shetty accidentally injures Akshay Kumar during a stunt sequence. The teaser quickly establishes the film’s quirky tone with the tagline, “Real danger and real idiots.”
Soon, the star-studded cast is seen marching through dense forests in army uniforms, carrying weapons while remaining completely unaware of the deadly threats surrounding them. The madness peaks when the group comes face-to-face with a giant gorilla, leading to hilarious action sequences, panic and complete mayhem.
Akshay Kumar pokes fun at himself
One of the teaser’s standout moments features Akshay Kumar taking a humorous dig at his own career choices. In a funny exchange, Arshad Warsi asks Akshay why he has suddenly stopped walking. Akshay replies, “I don’t want to do this film,” prompting laughter from the group. When Tusshar Kapoor reminds him about the hefty paycheck, Akshay jokingly says, “Every time money comes in between.”
