Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement earlier this week and many former and current cricketers posted their tribute for him on Twitter. The southpaw, responsible for handing India wins in the 2007 and 2011 T20 and 50-over World Cups respectively, was one of the most loved cricketers, and it was no surprise that many members of the cricketing fraternity took to Twitter to applaud him for a glorious career.

Shikhar Dhawan, like many Indian cricketers, too left a post for him, but it has been in the news ever since Bangladesh's Soumya Sarkar replicated a portion of that tweet. Though the whole message was not copied, a major part of it was.

“Thank you, Yuvi paaji. You are one of the best left-handed batsmen I have ever seen.I always looked up to your style & batting technique, have learnt so much from you. Wish you prosperity & success in your new journey,” Sarkar’s message on his Facebook account read.

Here is Dhawan's post.
