Chand Mera Dil Box Office Collections: Lakshya and Ananya Panday starrer earns Rs 80 lakh on 2nd Wednesday, targets Rs 30 crore finish
Directed by Vivek Soni, Chand Mera Dil is looking to wind up its entire theatrical run around Rs. 30 crore nett mark at the Indian box office.
Chand Mera Dil collected Rs. 80 lakh on its second Wednesday, recording a drop of 15 per cent over Tuesday. The movie took its running cume to Rs. 25.50 crore. Based on current trends, it is heading to close its two-week theatrical run around Rs. 26.50 crore or so.
The Lakshya and Ananya Panday movie will face a couple of new releases from this weekend, which can push it out of the cinemas. However, if it manages to sustain against Peddi, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, and Bandar, it will close its entire theatrical run around the Rs. 30 crore nett mark in India.
One must note that these collections came with an activated Buy-One-Get-One offer, almost every weekday. The Vivek Soni directorial could have performed much better, had the movie received a positive word-of-mouth among audience.
