Cocktail 2, starring Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna, collected Rs. 16.30 crore in its third week, with Rs. 1 crore coming on Thursday. The Homi Adajania directorial recorded a 75 per cent drop from the opening week, which isn't a good hold. Furthermore, it recorded even a lesser second week than Main Vaapas Aaunga's third week, which suggests its theatrical end very soon.

The two-week theatrical cume of Cocktail 2 reached Rs. 80.30 crore gross at the Indian box office. Based on current trends, the movie will close its entire box office run around Rs. 85-90 crore nett in India.

Though on the face value, Cocktail 2 has performed better than Pati Patni Aur Woh Do and Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, but it hardly matters as external factors boosted its sales from the advances themselves. That said, the real figures would be much lower. The film would end up being a flop.
