Deool Band 2 Box Office Collections: Pravin Tarde's devotional comedy drama performs well, collects Rs 6 crore plus in two days
Marathi comedy drama, Deool Band 2, is doing wonders at the box office. The movie is lookingto wind up its opening weekend around Rs. 15 crore mark or so.
Marathi devotional comedy drama, Deool Band 2, starring Mohan Joshi, Snehal Tarde, Mahesh Manjrekar, Pravin Tarde, and Mangesh Desai, is performing really well at the box office. The movie began its box office run at Rs. 3 crore, which is a strong opening for a Marathi film. It further added Rs. 3.25 crore to Rs. 3.50 crore to the tally on its Day 2, bringing the total cume to Rs. 6.25 crore gross or so.
The Pravin Tarde directorial is expected to see big spikes on Saturday and Sunday, which will take its 4-day opening weekend to Rs. 15 crore or so. That said, the movie is set to emerge as a big Hit at the box office; however, that will depend on how it performs on the weekdays and then in the second week.
Deool Band 2 is mainly gaining positive reception among the audience and the critics, which is a big plus for the film. The original film was released in 2015, and it was a big success. With the glowing reception of the sequel, the future of this franchise seems very bright.
