Deool Band 2, directed by Pravin Tarde, is looking to wrap up its entire theatrical run around Rs. 90 crore at the Indian box office.
Marathi film Deool Band 2, starring Mohan Joshi, Snehal Tarde, Pravin Tarde, Mahesh Manjrekar, and others, collected Rs 1 crore on its third Wednesday, witnessing a 15 per cent drop from Monday. The movie will close this week around Rs. 13 crore, which will take its running cume of 3 weeks to Rs. 77.50 crore gross.
Directed by Pravin Tarde, the movie is expected to cross the Rs. 80 crore mark in the fourth weekend, and then it will head towards the lifetime cume of Raja Shivaji (Marathi). Based on current trends, the devotional drama will overtake the Riteish Deshmukh film soon and end its entire box office run under Baipan Bhari Deva and Sairat.
That said, the movie is looking for an end around the Rs. 90 crore mark, which is nothing less than sensational for a film made on a small budget.
