Deool Band 2 Box Office Collections: Pravin Tarde's film approaches Rs 60 crore mark, records fantastic hold on 2nd Monday
The Pravin Tarde directorial Deool Band 2 witnessed a strong hold on its second Monday, hinting towards a long run at the box office.
Deool Band 2 continues to storm the box office with its terrific hold at the box office. The movie added another Rs. 3.25 crore to the tally on its second Monday, recording a 15 per cent drop from its second Friday. This brings its second week's cume to Rs. 20.25 crore in four days.
The Pravin Tarde directorial took its 12-day running cume to Rs. 57.50 crore gross. Based on current trends, the movie will storm past the Rs. 60 crore mark by eod (Tuesday), and close its second week around the Rs. 62-65 crore mark. The way it is performing, Deool Band 2 has already emerged as one of the biggest Hits of Marathi cinema. The movie is looking for a full run of around Rs. 90 crore, with an eye on the Rs. 100 crore mark too.
All in all, it has a very good potential of emerging as the highest-grossing Marathi film ever, keeping the strong momentum for a couple of weeks.
