Krishnavataram Part 1 Hridayam Box Office Collections: Siddharth Gupta starrer collects Rs 6.75 crore in Week 3, nears theatrical end
Siddharth Gupta and Sanskruti Jayana starrer Krishnavataram Part 1, directed by Hardik Gajjar, will surpass the Rs. 30 crore mark soon, and then it will march toward its lifetime target.
Krishnavataram Part 1: The Heart (Hridayam), starring Siddharth Gupta and Sanskruti Jayana, collected Rs. 6.75 crore in its third week, with Rs. 1 crore coming on Thursday. The movie took its three-week cume to Rs. 28 crore nett at the Hindi box office.
It will surpass the Rs. 30 crore mark in its 4th weekend and then will head towards its lifetime theatrical cume. The movie performed well considering its release size and the cast of the film; however, it didn't explode the way it was intended to. There were a couple of films in the same space, like Mahavatar Narsimha and Laalo: Krishna Sada Sahayate, which did insane business last year.
The trailer of Krishnavataram impressed with its visuals and scale, and since it was based on a religious figure, the lack of face value could be overlooked. However, the visuals and scale were big because costs were high, and FOR THESE costs, the film needed better box office as well.
The Box Office Collections for Krishnavataram Part 1: The Heart (Hindi) in India are as follows:
