Krishnavataram Part 1: The Heart (Hridayam) added Rs. 80 lakh on its 2nd Monday, dropping by 20 per cent from its 2nd Friday. Though it's a good hold, it has still left no hopes at the box office as the movie is witnessing a steady but low trend. It now needs some miraculous jumps at the box office in order to bag a Clean Hit verdict.

The running cume of Krishnavataram Part 1: The Heart (Hridayam) now stands at Rs. 18.40 crore. The movie will surpass the Rs. 20 crore mark by the end of this week. Based on the current trends, it is looking to wind up its entire run around Rs. 30 crore or so, which is a decent total for a no-star film, but not viable enough for the cost of the film.

However, such mythological films are very hard to predict. There was Laalo Krishna Sada Sahayate last year, which did nothing for over a month and then exploded like a new sensation. It will be interesting to see whether the Siddharth Gupta starrer can surprise in the coming weeks or not.

The Box Office Collections for Krishnavataram Part 1: The Heart (Hindi) in India are as follows:

Day Nett

Friday Rs. 1.05 cr.
Saturday Rs. 2.15 cr.
Sunday Rs. 3.20 cr.
Monday Rs. 1.05 cr.
