Pati Patni Aur Woh Do Box Office Collections: Ayushmann Khurrana's rom-com collects Rs 80 lakh on 3rd Monday, eyes Rs 50 crore finish
Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, starring Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead, added Rs. 80 lakh to the tally on third Monday, bringing the total cume over Rs. 45 crore mark.
Pati Patni Aur Woh Do minted Rs. 80 lakh on its third Monday, witnessing a 20 per cent drop from the previous Friday. The movie, directed by Mudassar Aziz, took its third week's cume to Rs. 5.10 crore in 4 days. It is looking to wind this week around the Rs. 7.50-8 crore mark.
The running cume of the Ayushmann Khurrana starrer now stands at Rs. 45.30 crore nett at the Indian box office. The romantic drama is expected to wrap up its entire theatrical run around Rs. 50 crore mark, which will not change its fate, but is somewhat a face-saving total after a dismal start.
For the unversed, the original film was a Clean Hit at the box office. The Kartik Aaryan starrer had a full run of Rs. 80 crore nett in India, which is now a tough mark to achieve for rom-coms releasing in the post-2020 era. Had this film been released in the pre-2020 era, it likely would have done much better at the box office.
