Ayushmann Khurrana's latest outing, Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, took a low start at the box office. The movie collected Rs. 3.85 crore net on its Day 1 in India, becoming Ayushmann Khurrana's 8th biggest opener of all time. The movie managed to surpass the opening day collections of Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, Nautaki Sala, Doctor G, An Action Hero, and others.
The romantic comedy drama, directed by Mudassar Aziz, stands nowhere close to Khurrana's previous release, Thamma, which is his biggest opener till now. For the record, the horror comedy had an opening of Rs. 23 crore nett in Hindi. The movie set a new benchmark for the actor with a huge margin as his second biggest opener, Dream Girl 2, had an opening of Rs. 9.75 crore.
