Positions in K-Pop groups are often determined by the company to which a group belongs and oftentimes, idols can be restricted to their positions. In an interview, Black Eyed Pilseung once spoke about TWICE and how the line distribution in TWICE songs may look uneven and unfair but in actuality, they're very carefully allotted according to the members' positions. As such, Nayeon inadvertently ends up getting the most lines because she is the main vocalist of the group. However, in very rare instances of producing outside the box, idols have shown immense ability in areas that are not their designated roles.

BTS J-Hope

BTS member J-Hope is an all-rounder without a shadow of a doubt. Not only is he one of the best rappers in the Korean music industry, but his vocals are also golden.

It is a very well-known fact, among fans and non-fans alike, that MONSTA X's rapper Jooheon has a strong personality coupled with an equally strong voice. However, the same voice that can spit bars at unbelievable speed is also the voice that can emote innumerable feelings through his vocals.

GOT7 Jackson

Jackson Wang is known for his deep and husky rap voice but this translates equally well into his vocals. His voice is truly unique and the fact that he has such great command over it only proves how great of a vocalist he is.

EXO Chanyeol

Chanyeol is EXO's rapper but he is equally famous worldwide for his iconic vocals. From OSTs to his covers, Chanyeol has proved time and time again that he is versatile and that his range is formidable.

J-hope's vocal or singing vocal is a rare gem that many are unaware of. Many already knew about his great rapping skills - changing four flows in his verse and him being the master in adlibs. The world needs to know about his singing voice. Surely look forward to more of him singing in BTS songs or his own solo songs.
