EXCLUSIVE - Arjun Rampal on Daddy: This is one film which will always be special and made me feel satisfied

Arjun Rampal in an EXCLUSIVE interaction with us spoke at length about his performance being lauded in Daddy.

Arjun Rampal's Daddy hit the screens last week and the actor is being appreciated for his performance in the role of a dreaded gangster Arun Gawli. The film has been loved across the state of Maharashtra. Moreover, the film will now be shown in an additional 35 screens across the state.
 
We caught up with Arjun recently, who was happy and overwhelmed with the response received for the film. He stated, "I am pretty happy. It's has been an overwhelming response and I am having a sense of gratitude towards people who loved the people."
 
When asked about Arun Gawli's family's reaction to the film, the handsome actor added, "The family got emotional while watching the film and it turned out the way it should have been."
 
On being asked about any apprehensions before filming Daddy, Arjun replied, "There have been no apprehensions as I know about the whole work I had to do for the film. I know what I was getting into and I really liked it."
 
He spoke about how the film Daddy is special to him, "It's going to be one of those special films as far as the story is concerned and all the characters. This is one film for which I feel satisfied after the release."
 
Arjun started his career in the 2001 and has completed 16 years in the industry. Over these many years, we have seen Arjun in several avatars ranging from hero, villain, Rockstar, action here and more. 
 
When quizzed about his journey, Arjun stated, "That's what my life motto is about, to do something new, to surprise my audience. I am glad that after 16 years and my last film being Daddy, I am out there and want to keep on doing more stories which are unique."
 
He added, "I have done different kinds of roles from the start and want to continue to do so. I want to find stories which have good storytelling."
 
Arjun will next be seen in JP Dutta's Paltan alongside Abhishek Bachchan. When asked about the film, the actor said, "I had no time to do anything. Now, I will start with my preparations for the role in a couple of days."
