Swifties will never forget American Music Awards 2019 for years to come. The AMAs 2019 was not just about Taylor Swift's performance. The award show paved the way to Taylor's battle with Scooter Braun, Scott Borchetta and Big Machine. A few days ago, Taylor Swift said that the music label was not allowing her to perform her songs at the AMAs. After her accusation, Scooter and Scott faced death threats and backlash. The duo eventually issued a public statement allowing Taylor to perform her music.

Although she got the green signal from the duo and the company to perform, Taylor doesn't seem to have forgotten about the battle to free her music. The 29-year-old singer took to the AMAs 2019 stage to hint a warning at Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta with her medley performance. Taylor walked out on the stage wearing a long white ensemble with her previous album titled printed on them. The outfit looked like her albums were under lockdown. She began her performance by singing "The Man," which is a part of her recent album, Lover, while she rocked the "prison" outfit.

The singer eventually tore apart the outfit, hinting at her songs breaking free from the latches of Scooter Braun, Scott Borchetta and Big Machine before she performed her other songs, including Love Story and Shake It Off. Check out the outfit below:

Taylor did not stop with her outfit. During her Artist Of The Year acceptance speech, Taylor spoke about her difficult year gone by. "It’s been a year of great things and the hardest things that I’ve gone through. I want to thank you so much for being the thing that has been a constant. I am sure some of you feel this way sometimes.Your stock is either up or down. The ones that hang in there for you are the ones you never forget," she said.
