Ariel Winter moves in with Nolan Gould
In a heartwarming update that has completely melted the hearts of sitcom lovers worldwide, Modern Family stars Ariel Winter and Nolan Gould are officially living together. Ariel, who played Alex Dunphy in the American television sitcom, told People, “It's funny because I spend more time out here now and I rent a house with Nolan.”
The 28-year-old actress has been living in Nashville with her ex-boyfriend Luke Benward and their four rescue dogs. She further added, “People ask me about a Modern Family reboot, but Nolan and I are real roommates now. So, it's like we're having our own little Modern Family reboot, but it's just the two of us living together. So, I see him every day.”
Following a heartbreak, Winter is now navigating life without a partner. But ever since she moved in with her on-screen sibling and real-life bestie, she has been enjoying it all.
She further told the publication, “I'm not gonna lie, when we sit there at night, and we watch, like, Temptation Island together, it's pretty hilarious. So, we have thought about it.” Since they’re having a blast together, she thinks their fans will enjoy their dynamics too if they filmed their day-to-day life and posted it online. “We're just like, people would find this really funny,” she expressed.
Nolan, who played Lucas Philip (Luke) Dunphy, Alex’s younger brother in the record-breaking sitcom, grew up on the sets with Winter. The show ran for 11 wildly successful seasons from 2009 to 2020. While their onscreen characters spent over a decade driving each other crazy with hilarious sibling rivalry, Ariel and Nolan have always maintained that they are as close as real family off-camera.
