Avengers: Endgame star Brie Larson has the perfect response to the Star Wars casting rumours

This week, news broke out that Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios, will be producing a Star Wars film and that he already has a big star in mind. Speculations are rife that Captain Marvel herself, Brie Larson is the rumoured star in mind. Check out how the actress responded to said rumours.

In some wonderful news this week for major Star Wars fans, it was reported that Kevin Feige, the mastermind behind the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), will be producing a new movie in the Star Wars franchise. During the summer, Kevin and Kathleen Kennedy, Lucasfilm president had a meeting and discussed "a foray into the Star Wars universe," according to The Hollywood Reporter. It was also reported that Feige already has a major star in mind when it comes to one of the big roles. Speculations were rife that the big star in mind was Captain Marvel actor, Brie Larson.

Usually, when it comes to casting rumours, Hollywood stars usually refrain from addressing it but Brie had a quirky take on the Star Wars casting rumours. Taking to her Instagram and Twitter pages, the Oscar-winning actress shares a photo of herself wearing a Jedi rope and holding a blue lightsaber while casually posing with a C-3PO statue. But, that's not all! It was her caption attached with the picture that really captured our attention more. Larson wrote, "Did someone say Star Wars?!"
