Every day there is a new fad which kickstarts on the internet and people follow the same and make it a viral trend. Recently, we witnessed Bottle cap challenge and Face App challenge which was taken up celebs as well as commoners. And now, a new trend of texting number neighbours are doing the rounds. For the unversed, a number neighbour is one whose cell phone number is similar to yours and the only difference should be the last digit and it can be one up or below your number.

A netizen claimed that her number neighbour turned out to be none other than Chris Evans and to support her claims she even posted screenshots of her chat as well as of a video call which allegedly had Chris in it.

Soon, her tweet went viral and received more than 70k retweets and more than 2 lakh likes. But much to everyone's surprise, Captain America himself reacted to it and dismissed her claims. He retweeted her tweet and said, "Fake. Sorry."

Speaking of Chris Evans, he was last seen in a Netflix film, The Red Sea Diving Resort and Avengers: Endgame. The actor will soon be seen in Rian Johnson's Knives Out. He will be sharing screen space with Daniel Craig and Jamie Lee Curtis among others. What are your views on the same? Let us know in the comment section below.
