Britney Spears is undoubtedly one of the best live performers in Hollywood. There are some amazing and memorable performances she's given that made our jaws drop. The most memorable one being her outstanding performance in Las Vegas. However, fans were disappointed to learn that the Toxic singer put her second Las Vegas residency on hold four months ago. While fans were hoping she would return to the stage soon, Britney's longtime manager Larry Rudolph expressed that she might never perform again. The lawyer, who has been associated with the international singer for the longest time, believes she should not return to the Vegas residency ever.

Talking to TMZ, he said, "As the person who guides her career -- based on the information I and all of the professionals who work with her are being told on a need-to-know basis -- from what I have gathered it's clear to me she should not be going back to do this Vegas residency, not in the near future and possibly never again."

The 55-year-old manager added that he hopes Britney would return to the stage only when she is "physically, mentally and passionately” ready. He said that he has no "desire or ability" to make the songstress work again. "I am only here for her when she wants to work. And, if she ever does want to work again, I’m here to tell her if it’s a good idea or a bad idea," he added.

He also recalled the time when Britney cancelled the Vegas show and attributed it to her medication not working on her. "It was the perfect storm. We had to pull her show because her meds stopped working and she was distraught over her dad's illness," he was quoted in the story.

Larry also spoke to Billboard to clarify that his statements did not mean Britney might never perform. He simply put forward what he feels about the situation. "I simply said that the Vegas residency is now officially off and that she hasn’t called me in months to talk about doing anything so I’m not sure if or when she will ever want to work again. It’s that simple," he said.
