Looks like Marvel Studios is not yet done with Captain America! In Avengers Endgame, we saw Chris Evans aka Captain America get a fitting end as he goes on to live with the love of his life Peggy Carter. However, Marvel seems to be now teasing its die-hard fans with a possible return of Steve Rogers in Captain America 4.

According to latest reports, Marvel is keen on bringing back Chris Evans and he's being "pursued" for a supporting role in Captain America 4 which will feature  Anthony Mackie aka Sam Wilson. For the unversed, Captain America hung up his boots and handed over his shield to Sam Wilson. The latter will now take on the role of Captain America after Marvel's series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.

However, there's a twist. While Captain America 4 will focus on Sam Wilson, it will also most likely feature Chris Evans as Cap in flashbacks or supporting cameo roles. Given Marvel's love for time travel, we won't be surprised if the film's script goes back in time or features Evans as an old man.

Citing inside sources, a news report published by Giant Freakin Robot reveals that these details are Marvel studio’s "unannounced plans" for Captain America 4 currently.

As soon as Marvel wraps up WandaVision on Disney Plus, it will drop The Falcon and The Winter Soldier starring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan. The six-part episode series will feature the stories of Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes in the Marvel universe and fans are unequivocally excited about the same.
